David has been successfully representing clients in the Boise area since 2005. "Most of my business evolves from referrals from my former clients and business colleagues, but I also find that people recognize my CNE(Certified Negotiations Expert) accredidation and are attracted to my ability to negotiate their transaction in a very professional manner". This has been a key component to David's success in co-representing one of the Treasure Valley's most prestigious developments, The Estates at Corrente Bello. David's experience in sales and marketing stem from co-founding and owning an independent production company in Portland, Oregon from 1990 until 2001. Padre Productions served as a production and entertainment company that hosted a bevy of services to include management, studio production, touring logistics, marketing, distribution, accounting, media relations and publicity. David has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and promotions as well as fiscal planning and management. He currently is the owner of EastSound Records, a northwest-based record label that distributes products througout the United States, Europe and Japan.

| There is a buzz going around the country that Boise is one of the best kept secrets around, and since I have lived here I can clearly see why. I have been amazed by the quality of life here and the sense of energy that is emerging within a climate of growth. There are so many great restaurants to choose from, a wide variety of nightlife venues, stage theater, art galleries, incredible sunsets and a plethora of outdoor activities(white water rafting, fly fishing, kayaking, golfing, skiiing, hiking, biking, climbing, hot springs plunging... just to name a few). It should be noted that all of these outdoor activities could be considered "premiere" based on the quality of the climate and environment that hosts them. When you're in Boise you are so close to all of these activities and by comparison to most other northwest cities...there is no traffic standing in your way. |
